You would think, that the future of a Hero that had save his people twice over would be filled with endless peace with the one he loves. It doesn't. Just when you think it's all over and you can live your life the way you want to, life has a funny way of proving to you that you can't. The days were beautiful then. I had her by my side, the wars were done, and everything would fall into place for us. Have a kid, train them to fight in fights that they would never have to fight. Enjoy small talk before bed. But no. Someone else just has to interfere. And this time, she was taken from me. Revenge will be my only friend. You would think, that the life of an immortal goddess would be filled with endless luxuries and never ending pleasures. It's not. And with a past as long and extensive as mine...It's quite easy to have hidden variables that will come back and bite you. Hard. Love has a great way of fucking me over. This is why I stayed a maiden. A/N: I promise that this isn't going to be another war, but this is eventually going to end up in a massive fight. completed❤️ i started writing this at least six years ago, so my writing style has changed a lot since this. i never expected this to get just as much attention as it ended up getting. this is definitely not a slow burn, and yes, cringey as hell. i felt like if i deleted this i would be betraying my 7th grade self, so here it stays. hopefully someone else can enjoy reading it the way i originally enjoyed writing it. finished july 2nd, 2022

Percy/Jason. (jercy) Percy and Jason finally started to settle down after the two horrific wars and relax. When BAM the gods pull the into a whole new mess that the couple have to deal with. The Avengers. But not everybody is on board with the whole joining the Avengers thing. With Jason just wanting to scoop up his lover and leave, while the team is having trouble excepting the dangerous demigods. _____________ So this story, was originally @Hell_Kat's and I thought the first few chapters were great, but then, I noticed how they haven't posted since like 2014 or somethin like that. When I was young, I was always told that everyone loved a tragic Greek love story. Orpheus and Eurydice. Apollo and Hyacinth. Hero and Leander. Achilles and Patroclus. I had asked my mother why so many of those stories didn't have happy endings. She just gave me a grim smile and told me how the world of the gods was tricky. There was a lot about it that I didn't understand yet. That was 13 years ago. I think I understand it now.

The world is hardly ever what it seems. We have seen our heroes fight monsters, gods, titans, and even the very Earth itself. But, there were rules and procedures to be followed. There were prophecies that defined the path to victory. Now the enemy has no limits, no safeties, no restraints. Or Mortals aren't as blind and powerless as the gods seem to think... This is a completed story in told alternating POVs with Percy, Nico, Jason, and Piper being the main focus. The first several chapters are a bit rough, but my writing improved as it progresses. I will edit the early chapters to better match the quality of the later chapters when I have some spare time. This is not a story you should approach lightly, as there are numerous triggers including, but not limited to: blood, torture, death, and attempted suicide.
