Cane is a vampire who has survived until the end of the world. At any moment, the Sun could begin its final, rapid expansion and consume Earth, but according to the Intergalactic Exploratory Commission, there's no way to anticipate the event. Humanity has an escape plan, the Vaderia, a star cruiser ready to flee at a moment's notice. But Vampires have been left off the guest list, and they're not the only ones that are going to be left behind...
When Cane is ambushed by a tribe of humans who call themselves the Hive, he must prove the value of his mind over his blood by sharing his knowledge of the Vaderia, the Intergalactic Exploratory Commission and the Bureau of Vampiric Study, to help the Hive gain admission onto the Vaderia in time.
Along the way, Cane may not only discover a way to save himself, but a reason to...

After suffering a world spread pandemic, world war three and finally a deadly virus that turns infected humans into zombies, the human race is pushed to the brink of extinction. Uniting the surviving governments into a single organization known as the New Alliance, the last survivors of humanity turn there efforts towards creating a fleet of starships to search for a new homeworld. Just as things begin to look up a fleet of unknown space ships enters the earth's orbit and lays siege to the planet. Forced to retreat, the New Alliance evacuates anyone they can and travels into the unknown, pursued and hunted by vampire-like creatures with an insatiable thirst for blood. Those unlucky enough to be left on Earth are captured and enslaved to serve as both labor force to fuel the alien species technology and to provide them with there life's blood. Marco and Star Stood in front of each other, Mewni and Earth had just merged and so a new era had begun. What if that wasn't the end of the story? After all magic was wiped out of existence, Earth and Mewni merged, there had been new conflicts evolving. Princess Star, Queen Moon and Former Queen Eclipsa have to stop a new group of powerful humans threatening to take land from Mewni and other kingdoms. The fate of Mewni and the other Kingdom rest on their shoulders. With the Butterflies still ruling their kingdom and there being no High Commission other than Moon and Eclipsa there's lots of new disruptions for them. Star and Marco try to navigate their relationship and friendship with having to be apart after a big decision was made that affects the future of the kingdom and Earth. (Please do not judge the name! I've tried to write it in such a way that you do not have to actually watch the series!) Fan fiction by me All names and character are from the show Star vs. The Forces Of Evil. In order to embark on a mission to discover alien life on the icy moon of Jupiter Maria must leave her life on Earth behind, including her father and her seven-year-old son Diego. She thought the hardest part of the mission would be saying goodbye, but little does she know what awaits her and her crew on Europa, an environment that has never been explored from the surface until this mission. Perhaps alien life was never meant to be explored by humans... Will she fulfill her promise to her father and son to make it home alive, or will she fail to make good on that promise like her mother did when she was a little girl? Note: This story was written during a challenge to write an entire book in one week! During the final decades of the twenty first century, a rogue brown dwarf star passed through the solar system and its gravity threw the Earth out of orbit around the sun. Two hundred years later, when the atmosphere has finished freezing onto the surface, explorers from the last refuge of humanity venture out to see what's become of their world. Things looks bleak. Mankind faces a future of huddling in whatever warm refuges it can make for itself until the Earth's core goes cold, but then a discovery is made. An opportunity exists for mankind to leave the planet and find its destiny among the stars, but to do so requires an all or nothing gamble and losing would mean the end of the human race.
