(Y/N) was born with Heterochromia and Mutism, also wearing girl clothes, which his parents abused him for, because they wanted a perfect child. Soon enough, he killed his parents and found out he has powers, becoming a metahuman. Years later, he became known as Neo and made friends, but mostly with villains and thieves as he does help the heroes from time to time. He mostly gets along with villains, due to heroes not really trusting him, since he did once try to be a hero, but it wasn't just for him.
