Kevin's family moved from Albany, New York to Provo, Utah. His father got a job in Provo. The Price family moved about three and a half years ago, just before Kevin's freshman year of high school. Now, Kevin is a senior about to enter is final semester of high school and he is excited. One more semester before he can begin training for his mission (he's already praying to be sent to Orlando). He signs up for the classes he needs to graduate, plus one class that will guarantee him a spot at BYU: The Seminar, a class where students are challenged to write and finish a book in four months.

"Four months is an eternity." Kevin is right on that front. After all, it only takes a second for the new TA, Connor McKinley, to come into his life and begin to ruin Kevin's "Poster Boy Mormon" image.

CW: There is a slightly spicy scene, so read with caution. I'll warn you in the chapter, so feel free to skip it.

While listening to an audiobook of Autoboyography by Christina Lauren, I had the idea of rewriting the story with McPriceley. This will be different since both characters are LDS and their personalities are different and don't align perfectly, but I'm keeping the main idea of Autoboyography for the story. I DO NOT OWN AUTOBOYOGRAPHY or any of the characters--and this story is HEAVILY inspired by it. I do not own any BoM or Falsettos characters.

Imagining this feels so good!" ~MadeenahJunaid "God, the cliffhangers. . . It makes me wonder what lies ahead in the next page. Well written" ~HappyEndingWriter ***Teaser: I went into a frenzy when the curtain was drawn apart and there stood the boy next door with his eyes closed and hands outstretched. But he wasn't just there. He was stark shirtless! My eyes slowly widened and I could feel my own heart beat frantically against my chest ribs. If anyone told me the nerd had perfect eight pack abs and flexed muscles, I'd disagree but here it was, mocking me right in the face. Sweats trickled their way down his belly lines and his torso was rising in a sync.*** --- Extended description: What happens when the tomboy starts to have girl like feelings she ought not to and always condemned? But what seems like a normal highschool story boy falls in love with girl and changes for her might not be it. Instead of the girl to change the boy, the boy is changing the girl. It all started with an hockey match and a misunderstood identity. ©2022 #5 in YARomance (July 25, 2022) 100 reads- July 19 200 reads- July 26 300 reads- July 31 400 reads- August 2 500 reads- August 7 600 reads- August 11 *time lapse* 1k reads- November 4 2024 ~ Cover designed and edited by @StarDaisyxxx21 N/B: All images which will be used to represent characters herein do not belong to me. 24 parts Complete

COMPLETED When 17-year-old Kevin Price is sent to a home for troubled youth, he expects many things. He expects adults to treat him like fragile glass, for other kids to be annoying, to be given happy pills. He does not, however, expect to meet... him. Connor McKinley. *Trigger Warning* This fic does take place in a home for troubled youth, so there will be the talk of many different mental disorders/anxiety/depression/self-harm/eating disorders and also abuse ~ ~ ~ ~ "After a few minutes, Connor broke the silence. "I... You didn't yell at me or tell me to stop..." He started cautiously. Kevin actually let himself let out a gentle laugh. Connor seemed confused by that."
