After reconquering and driving the last of the Crux away from Serpulo, the Sharded's only AI has finally reconstructed the Interplanetary Accelerator, a massive railgun structure that the Crux once used to launch their cores into outer space. Now armed with most of the knowledge of their predecessors, they set off to land on either their local planets, Erekir or Tantros, or even their local asteroid belts.

What the Sharded AI didn't expect was that their trajectory was intercepted by a spacial anomaly that warped them far from home, denying them of their access back. It didn't help that they've also landed on a cold sector of another far flung planet somewhere in the cosmos
What the Sharded AI ALSO didn't expect is that this planet in particular... had life.
A ecosystem that their home planet once had before the Spore infestation robbed it away from them.

but they won't be alone with their first contact, and sooner or later their past or new enemies will also come with them, and they will change the tides of war as they please.

This is actually my first time writing a story about RWBY so don't expect much lore-accurate or story-accurate details here and there, but I may do my research here and there.
