After Muzan's fight with Yoriichi, a wound leaves him with memory loss he doesn't notice until years later. He began doing regrettable things to himself, when Kokushibo finds out, he has to figure out a plan to get Muzan to trust him so he can help him. As his memory loss gets worse, he keeps getting strokes, painful panic attacks, and voices of his dead enemies. Will he accept Kokushibo's help? Or will his illness get worse?
