Hi! My name is Mike. Inside this book you'll find my official report of Mr. Will's Blackmail. Now, understand that I'm not a member of a police force. I guess I'm more of what you would call a private investigator. But personally, I prefer the term "Sleuth". This means that I can do some things the police cannot... and it also means that there are a lot of things I can't do that the police can. At least... legally. Well that didn't stop us! My group of ingenious detectives have stepped out from the office to work on this difficult case. You see, we received a call from a man believing his life to be in danger. Given our circumstances, specifically our licenses on probation and my brother getting killed, sort of set us walking a fine line with the mayor and the commissioner. I thought solving a big case might just change their minds about pulling our licenses but now we're in deep. Too deep. I'm not the one to tell your whether or not my methods are correct, but my intentions are pure. As pure as a big, fluffy marshmallow.
