Duplicitious Dealings {Eddsworld Fanfic}

After a series of crimes have been committed throughout the streets of England, citizens began to become increasingly more fearful to roam the streets; especially at night. Crime after crime, hardly any if any at all evidence could ever be traced from the scenes of the series of crimes. What started as small petty crimes grew to much larger preportions. Rumors began to spread about who it was believed could be pulling off such heists and crimes. Even the authorities were beginning to be at a loss from a mere lack of evidence. All that could be determined was that the culprit wasn't working alone. But when authorities began bringing in world class detectives who even they were unable to solve the cases, a new yet rather young detective decides to step up and take the case. Would the young detective be able to bring the cases to a close and put the culprits behind bars, or would the culprits forever roam free?
