The story follows our dear reader-chan (nonbinary) who was always held to high standards. Heir to their family's company, they were set for an easy and successful life. But, a tragic accident took all of that away. Having lost the ability to walk, our dear sweet reader-chan is forced beri-less into the streets, disowned by their parents and despised by all those around them, they're forced to live their life in the streets begging for food and money until one day, a group of rag-tag pirates comes to the island and asks the reader one very simple question...
From riches to rags and back again, this story follows the birth, death, and revival of a person...both saved...and forsaken
This story is rated as mature due to certain sensitive topics like peer pressure, thoughts of suicide, loads of angst, and a few other things as well which may or may not trigger some people. You've been warned!
