Mono has sat in the tower for so long he's lost count of the days as they go by. Time is meaningless. Everything seems meaningless. Until a certain girl pulls him out of his prison in the Signal Tower and gives him new meaning.

He smiled warmly up at her, tears spilling over. "I'm sorry," he choked out, and he really was. The last thing he wanted was to leave Six all by herself. He knew loneliness all too well. But at least, this way, she would be able to live her life, far away from the cruelties that threatened them every minute as they had gotten closer to the Signal Tower. After the Signal Man had taken her, he devoted himself to getting her back no matter the cost. There was no price too big to pay. He would give up everything for her. Alternatively: If given the choice, Mono would totally sacrifice himself to save Six, if the circumstances were set up that way. Basically, the ending of Little Nightmares 2, but slightly different. The real ending broke me, and was nothing but angst, so here's angst with a happy ending. Beware of spoilers. A young 22 year old man named Mono lays in bed one morning reading the Newspaper while depressed. Having just been fired from a well paying job he needed to find a new one and quickly or else face getting evicted. As he read the newspaper his eye brow raised as he saw an ad for a job at a Nightclub he had heard about but never thought about going too. "Nightgaurd position needed at Freyas Nightclub from 12:00 to 6:00 am "Urgent!" Without hesitation he took the job not knowing anything other than what he heard about the nightclub at all. He also did not know the rabbit hole he was about to find himself falling down once he applied.
Breaking The Loop
I find myself in a room with a music box, there's drawings on the wall with chalk, I look around but there seems to be no way out. I look at the music box in front of me and I notice it's blue with an eye on it. I smile and start turning the handle. Music floats around the room and I'm soon lost in the melody. Suddenly there's a crashing sound and I scramble under the table behind me. The bottom of the door leading into my room breaks apart as a boy with a paper bag on his head busts through with an axe.
