Rey Marksman has never had a normal life. As a child of convicted serial killers, she's had to deal with the constant threat of her parents breaking out of their high maximum prison she put them in. Sargent Grey and Task Force 11 has kept her moving from state to state to make sure she's never found.

When she finally gets into high school with the Sargent's permission, she meets Alexander Haven, a high school troublemaker along with his group of friends: Aries, Brio, Rain, and Bear. Although she tries her best to follow the rules of the TS 11, but becoming friends with 'civilians' was inevitable for Rey.

When her parents escape jail and manage to kidnap her new friends, Rey, now conflicted with what to do, has to decide whether to help the police find her friends and stay good, or go after her parents and become the textbook serial killer.
