There once was a mighty dragon sent down from the Heavens to the people of Tyke. The mighty dragon blessed four people and gave them the abilities of the dragon. They were called guardians. Upon the death of the dragon, they were to serve as the protectors of the kingdom.
Now, there are only two known guardians left.
One is the daughter of a woman filled with greed. The other, the king's dog.
Together they will find either freedom, or an end at the flames.

Please don't read this, I wrote it in middle school and it's really bad. I just don't want to delete it because some people might get mad at me ;-; Maybe someday I will rewrite it. There once was a prince, who fell in love with a girl. But she wasn't a princess. She was the hand maiden of a nobleman's daughter, who had eyes for the young prince. The prince and girl fell in love, but couldn't be together, for the nobleman's daughter grew jealous when she found out, and ordered them to be killed. This story was called "The Lover's Curse." As it passed down, generation through generation, it became known as only a legend, a myth. My mother says my endless curiosity and my need to venture is a curse.
