How would you explain the anger deep down inside?

Anger, pain, extreme mounts of feeling and sadness... loneliness, dizziness, drowsiness, lack of sleep, lack of staying focused, confusion, grieving from heartbreak, not from death, continuous grieving, continuous amounts of constant days between happiness, sadness, loneliness, peace, silence and noise all at once...every single day... what would you do, if you could never explain?
