I'm working on an actual story (not here not fanfiction) some people struggle to set up their world and the characters they have so I'm going to help you, you may start wherever you wish what will be easier for you to start, then jump around as needed, I do suggest what to do but if you don't want to do that completely ignore me, it's your story you're setting up, not mine, do as you wish and take what you need, maybe leave a comment to help others as well, this isn't an assignment doing it first to last is lame
