When Abigail Cameron is invited to spend a month with her cousin, Sarah Cameron, in Outer Banks she is less then thrilled. On her arrival, she finds the Island preparing for Hurricane Irene and the Kooks and Pogues at odds.
Will Abby ever win the favor of the Pogues? Will she be able to return home after the Hurricane? And maybe most importantly, is it possible that she could fall for the craziest, most bullheaded guy on the Island?
