A boy named Smith and a little girl named Scarlet. However as Scarlet grew up she became best friends with a little girl named Lucy Wilde. Who is the niece to Salas Ramsbottom the boss of the Anti Villain League. Or Avl for short. And it is the number one rule that villains and anti villain league agents are not allowed to hang out or even be together as friends. So both Scarlet and Lucy are both secret best friends. While avoiding Lucy's uncle Salas Ramsbottom and both of her parents. And then Scarlet also has a massive crush on Herb. But his dad Mr. Perkins does not like her at all. But his mother Hazel does. And also there is the vishious six group that are pure rivals to the villain con club group. And also very annoying balvazar Bratt who is not just a bully. But also has a massive crush on Scarlet. So join Scarlet, Herb and Lucy as these three buddies go and do random despicable things.)
