Wilbur owns l'Manburg, and for the past few months after Las Nevadas was constructed it has been taking down his Nation. The two meet up and make a deal, if Las Nevadas wins they can take over L'manburg. However, if L'Manburg wins, Las Nevadas has to plead guilty for their crimes.

Tw for smoking, mentions of death, swearing, and all the things that come with a murder mystery and mafia au! The two biggest organized crime groups did not get along, to say the least. The Las Nevadas Mafia and the Syndicate were far from the best of friends. But, through a tangled web of corrupt police chiefs, blackmail, and an unaccounted murder, the new bosses of each group, Quackity and Wilbur, are forced to work together to keep both of their respective mobs out of prison.
