Harry Styles battles anorexia, struggles in his search for control. Louis Tomlinson is haunted by self-harm and suicidal ideations, masking his pain behind his familiar defiance. Niall Horan lives with psychological fantasia and anxiety, often caught between reality and the vivid stories his mind weaves. At the heart of it all is Zayn Malik, whose antisocial personality disorder and substance use disorder paint him as distant, dangerous and unpredictable. TWS? ╰┈➤ themes of self-harm, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, substance use, psychological trauma, heavy language, violence, and sensitive mental health depictions.
