Growing up was never easy for me. My Mother left when I was young, and my father, a manipulative and selfish man, made my life a living hell. He would always put me down and make me feel worthless. He never showed any love or affection and made it clear I was a burden to him. As I grew older, I realized that I couldn't take it anymore. I had to leave. So at the age of eight, I ran away. I had no idea where I was going or what I was going to do, All I knew was I had to get as far away from there as I could. I had to make sure he could never find me. For the first few months I slept on a rusty park bench, then going to the streets begging for food and money. It was tough but I was determined to make it on my own. After relocating to a busy street in San Francisco California , I was found by a young couple in their early twenties. This is when my life changed.
