Nyima and her athletic older sister Yazmina get the chance to go join Camp Cretaceous, but most people don't know much about her as she is very secretive. Her sister is the only one that knows that she is into hidden mysteries and knows a lot about animals whether they're from Mythology, or your every day animal, or animals that are extinct like the dinosaurs as she loves to read. She leaves the sporty stuff for her sister even though her parents forced Nyima to do some running, long jump and high jump, along with throwing her into Gymnastics. Which she doesn't actually mind. She ended up getting to go to Camp Cretaceous because of a Gymnastics sponsorship. One of the differences between the sisters is that Nyima is absolutely curious about new things, but she also loves helping animal conservations, as she also gets to travel a lot because of her sister and her sponsorships. Another difference is that Nyima has blue hair while her sister has black raven hair. Nyima is secretly a Dinosaur fan, but her favorite Dinosaur is the Velociraptor. Her second being the Tarbosaurus. So, when she meets Phoenix Grady, who works with the Velociraptors she can't help but ask questions. She also becomes quick friends with Brooklynn as they both love a good mystery and that their hair colors are different colors too, she also becomes quick friends with Darius who loves Dinosaurs just like her. Rex Salzar has cured every one of the harmful nanites and he alone remains with his Evo powers. An 'Evo' stands for Exponentially Variegated Organism. It's when "nanites" (which are small as cells but are little machines) randomly activate inside their hosts (human or animal) giving them powerful abilities. But it usually mutates them into monsters that are most times, mindless and destructive. But him being an exception as he retains his sanity and human form only using his ability to turn parts of his body (arms and feet) into various machines in self-defense against other Evos. Making him even more special is that he can cure other Evos. This story takes place after he has cured the world of that plight as he worked along with an organization called Providence. Rex now questions the need for him to be a hero anymore. He knew he was doing the right thing since his deceased parents who died during the first outbreak of nanties would want him to use his powers for good. But he wonders if this may be a good opportunity for him to start living a normal teenage life. Making matters worse he gets put on a seemingly boring mission to follow an advertising company that goes to underdeveloped towns that promises to give the people better lives. Worse yet he gets placed with his long-time partner Kenwyn Jones to go to one of the Caribbean Islands where this is taking place. The two had never really gotten along but he accepts the mission anyway to what at first glance may seem like a vacation to paradise to him. But when the locals start to lock their doors and windows at the sound of an ice cream truck and others who go out are never seen again may be a sign that his job is just not finished. That is if he's up to the task of being an everyday hero ATTENTION- I do not own Rex or any of Man Of Action properties/ past plots mentioned/ characters. That being said hope you enjoy and this story is fandom blind.
