Nearly 150 years ago, Elves and their brethren melted from the forest to reclaim a world practically destroyed by the human race. 

Considered to be the 'finished version' of the failed creation of humans, Elves are stronger, faster, smarter, and more beautiful. 

Princess Lilith has isolated herself from her family and her people, attempting to help the less fortunate of the dwindling human population, but soon discovers that she cannot help them all. 

Ciaran, a lonely human struggling to get by, finds himself in the midst of a dark Elven organization that sells human slaves illegally.  

When their worlds collide, Lilith has to work hard to keep her deepest secret from her new companion, and Ciaran has to fight to stay alive in a palace full of predators.

I consider this story a mix of both dystopian and fantasy, though the fantasy will be more touched on than anything else.
