Dragons | A HTTYD Story

Throughout the Archipelago Dragon Hunters are determined to trap and sell every dragon they come across. Blair Brun, a dragon rider that is isolated from the rest of the world, and her parents must flee their island, a small island away from civilization, on the backs of their dragons, to escape the hunters before they kill them to get their dragons. The loss of her families island and her mothers dragon drives the family towards Berk, her father, John claims he has a friend from youth who lives there, that friend turns out to be the Chief of Berk, Stoick The Vast, who gives them a home and a promise, to help them avenge their island.

'As they are flying, an arrow flys at them, striking her mothers dragon in the chest, the Natter dropping within seconds, unable to get to her as they try to avoid the other arrows flying at them, they can only watch as her mothers dragon Willow, falls to her death, a mere 10 feet from a giant female hunter, who grins as she lowers her bow.

That women, who it is clear is a respected hunter among them, as no other hunter makes a move towards her kill, looks up to the flying dragons as she speaks her words loudly, letting the Vikings hear her, "They're out of range, don't waste the arrows. We have plenty, load em' up quickly." She glances towards the fallen dragon, "Leave this one, food for the wolves."'
