A short story about a young girl and the ocean.
This is a story I wrote in 2019/2020. I was around 10 or 11 at the time, so my writing has changed a lot. However, I wanted this to be the first story I ever officially post because it means so much to me. There's a lot of symbolism in this story but you can interpret it however you'd like. Although, I think the theme is quite clear.
One thing I'd like to share is that this story was inspired by my sister, I wrote it in a dark part of both of our lives. Sadly we're both still struggling but we've stayed strong and stayed together. I love you, sister. <3
