U svijetu gdje ljudi posjeduju gotovo nepostojeći teritorij na planeti, dok sva druga bića žive u svijetu izvan ljudskih granica, ljudi su nekada živjeli skladno sa čudovištima, zvijerima i drugim bićima, no jedan povijesni događaj je sve promijenio, dogovoreni brak između poglavara trolova i kćeri poglavice ljudskih plemena je propao kada se kćer odbila udati za poglavara, tvrdeći kako je ogavan. 

Kako su godine prolazile, tako su sva ljudska plemena bila osuđena žrtvovati ljepotice u svojim selima i plemenima kako bi si osigurali opstanak. No, vremena se mijenjaju, i jedna djevojka se rodila kako bi prekinula mržnju i sukobe među trolovima i ljudskim bićima, Reggia, kćer poglavice Zephirsog plemena. 

Reggia otkako je bila mlada znala je da ju nešto privlači u šumu izvan granica njezinog plemenskog sela, kako su godine odmicale, odlučila je da mora biti predana trolovima kako bi postupali s njom kako god žele, u nadi da će je poglavar odnosno vladar trolova saslušati i dopustiti da suluda ratovanja i žrtvovanja djevojaka prestanu... 

... no tokom svog puta, Reggia će se susresti sa puno više od trolova, mnoga čudnovata čudovišta i bića postoje u toj šumi, a kako će Reggia naći ono što traži... to ćete saznati... pridružite li joj se.

"All cats are grey in the dark." This is a proverb. It means that in the dark, you can't tell one cat from another. In a figurative sense, it could also mean that someone who has too little information can't properly assess the situation. They can't distinguish between good and evil. When the Demon King died, the black line separating good and evil was broken. Demons find themselves, demons seek themselves. Demons are evil, demons are good. Demons remain lonely, demons find the family they didn't know they were searching. But how can you tell them apart if you can't see in the darkness? How can you judge whether you're doing the right thing when all you can see is grey? And in the deepest darkness of ignorance, confusion, the darkness of a decline of selfishness and ignorance, only the cats seem to see through the darkness. This story is a tragedy, just like Demon Slayer. There is an ending. Is it a good one? A bad one? Is the dried cat blood on the ground worth it? Was it all worth it, were the dead, the lost, worth it, just so someone switches the light button on? Was it all worth it when you look around and realize that cat blood is just as crimson as a human's? ...Basically: "What if the hashira didn't fall into the infinity castle?" This is Book 2 of the my series (A Journey Never to Forget) This story does consist of relationships including boyxboy and girlxgirl so deal with it. Also I don't plan on writing about anything involving mating/ making babies. The Paw Patrol has been in Adventure City for around 5 months now, everyone had new vehicles, uniforms, and had adjusted to city life. One evening, everyone was at the lookout having fun when they got a call saying an object was spotted falling from the sky. They went outside and realized it was a meteor and it was heading straight for the city. Inside it was a bunch of strange crystals that gave each of the pups superpowers, they seemed to be similar to their previous ones but better. The team would meet new friends and would soon face foes old and new, some in which we're after the crystals and others who wanted to destroy Adventure City and the Paw Patrol. Would they be able to save Adventure City or will these villains have their way? I do not own any of the Characters affiliated with the Paw Patrol show/movies I only own my OC's Dina and Magenta and any other oc's that will appear in the story.

FREELANCER. BOOK ONE of the FREELANCER SERIES by JAJordan7221

Back in the late 1990's a great PC game came out called FREELANCER. It was an open galaxy adventure space game that had a good storyline. I spent untold hours flying through space in this game and I always thought it was ripe for a spinoff side story but I never pursued it. Nearly 30 years later I discovered a website called GOOD OLD GAMES where you could find and download many great games of yore. There I found FREELANCER. So I climbed back into the cockpit of a starfighter after so long and have enjoyed it even more than I did way back when. Once again the possibility of a side story presented itself and this time I have risen to the challenge. I have always been an avid reader of SCI-FI and I will be the first to tell you that I have blatantly used ideas from other sci-fi works in my story. I have also used names of real people and places to flesh out my narrative. And as a warning for those offended by sexual content, I have included some pretty erotic sexual segments in my story, so you may want to close your eyes as you read those parts. If you have ever enjoyed playing the FREELANCER PC game, you may enjoy my story. Let me know. As a side note to the story: In the story there is a space station named Lajes. In the following books I have changed the name from Lajes to Freeport Seven. Sorry if it causes any confusion.
