I blinked. Everything was blurry. What did just happen? Oh, the branches from the storm knocked me down. Where were my friends? What had happened? Where were we? And I could see clearly, a while after now. I groggily stood up, nearly tripped over one of my friend's dazed body. I held up my right hand. Only that it wasn't a ' hand' anymore. A dark-silver blue webbed talon grinned back at me, bright stripes and patterns gleaming on the palm.

Since it's based off of real life, it doesn't have much of a plot, so be prepared for that. This is the first book in the Random Moments of JMA series, and things change as the series goes.

WoF Fanfiction - discontinued and really bad Hybrid was, well, a hybrid. She used to have a good life, kept hidden from the public. She didn't know what type of dragon she was and had no friends, but that didn't matter. She had her icewing dad, who took her out hunting and loved her enough to make up for everything else twofold. She thought that her difference wasn't necessarily bad. That all changed one day. Hybrid and her father were out, close to where they usually went hunting, and were celebrating her third birthday by going whaling. They were spotted. Another icewing took down her father, killing him for harboring a hybrid. Hybrid was dumped in the desert outside of the wall, where she was found by a sandwing. The sandwing drug her out to die in the dunes. She survived. Barely. After being stabbed by the sandwing's tail barb, she thought she was done for. The last thing that she remembered was her front talons feeling way too cold, especially in contrast to her sunburnt body. Then, black. When she woke up, she was even more different. A/N: I apologize, because, looking back, I kind of lost any inspiration for the first idea, can't mesh it with the idea I tried to throw in, and it would not make sense to ignore either of them....... So yeah this is discontinued, it's really a bad story. I may revamp it into a situation that makes more sense some time in the near future, though. When I decided to write Dusty and Her Friends as another of those, I thought it might be fun to post it on Wattpad as well. So look for a new entry every Thursday or Friday. I have not missed a week since I started posting flash fictions on July 27, 2012 so you don't have to worry about the story going unfinished. I see this story as being about 20,000 to 30,000 words when completed.
