I blinked. Everything was blurry. What did just happen? Oh, the branches from the storm knocked me down. Where were my friends? What had happened? Where were we? And I could see clearly, a while after now. I groggily stood up, nearly tripped over one of my friend's dazed body. I held up my right hand. Only that it wasn't a ' hand' anymore. A dark-silver blue webbed talon grinned back at me, bright stripes and patterns gleaming on the palm.
12-Year Old Hayley Weathers loves dragons. But when she celebrates her 13th birthday with her friends in the woods, an accident happens that can change her life forever. Includes dragons, WoF, and stuff.

The Random Moments of JMA
This is the beginning of the story of a friend group of dragons attending a much more developed and populated version of Jade Mountain Academy. Starting in the Quartz Winglet in the year 5058 A.S., these students live average lives and as the series goes on, things develop and change, mentally and physically for them. I would consider this a Wings of Fire fanfiction, although it's a bit complicated as it's based off of real life. The dragons in this are all my classmates as their Wings of Fire OCs, (meaning some of the OCs aren't mine) or, if they don't know wings of fire and/or don't have an OC, just them as a WoF dragon.
