One day when Sonic knows that Amy is getting out of hand of her feelings to him, he said that he hates her and other hurtful things and Amy was heartbrokened. When Amy got too depressed, she was about to commit suicide until a 16 year old black hedgehog named Shadow stopped her. Shadow had no friends and he always been hated by everyone in the school and gets bullied. He lives with his father who hates his son and he beats him whenever he's angry at him on or something or someone else. Amy is the only person who feels sorry about Shadow having a bad life and she wants to be his friend but she always stops herself.
