Luke Cartel is a siren living in the deep sea with his his mom and little sister. His life is similar to any other siren, except how he can't bring himself to actually kill anyone. His mom and sister were excellent at it. They could lure any guy in to drag them into the ocean, but Luke couldn't lure any women. Well at least he wouldn't, he definitely could if he really want to. Instead his mother forced him to go up and disguise himself as a fairy to drag females down, but it all changed when he met him...
