Jv12 is a delinquent who has different hair and different eyes than everyone else. She wakes up from nightmares that are so vivid but suddenly she forgets about the nightmare.
In this world The Clouds train kids and young adults to become the next best people for their world. Wars and lack of minerals has caused the world to collapse. The children of The Clouds are here to fix it.
But she might become defective, unable to be used for good.. or will she?
