Through the chaos he finds an unlikely ally in a stranger named Henry who's searching the remains of the city for his father. As they battle their way through the city, Leon and Henry form a bond that'll take them places they didn't know possible.

Carter Kennedy, has first hand experience with bioterror. She is a survivor of the Arklay Mountains Incident, and the Raccoon City Incident, even carrying the very first form of the T-Virus. Since being rescued from Raccoon City by Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, she has spent her life fighting against the very thing her father stood for. After helping her husband, Leon, rescue the President's daughter, Ashley, back in 2004, she has finally been able to settle down and have the normal life that she so desperately craved...until now.

Its been six years since the raccoon city incident. Leon Kennedy became and Agent and Erin became a famous vigilante who would steal viruses and hand them over to the government and rid as many bioweapons as possible.
