The Owsla tells the history of the monster world from all the fantasy stories there are two worlds in this universe the human world where most of the people living there do not have powers and then the Owsla which is the monster world it's where people with superpowers or legend and legendary monsters can live in peace and harmony the monster world is not perfect it is not heaven the monster world of India kingdoms all with legendary monsters of folklore and legends different classes starting from as low as f class and going up to D class C class, B class, A class it's how the council was made the wars and the fights that they all had to endure just to keep their world secret and safe from the human world. The story starts off with a teacher Mrs. Honey a lady who was there from the very beginning. Telling a group of new students, the history of the Owsla with special access granted the Owsla is now allowing human children to go to the best school in the entire and Mrs. honey is telling those kids about the rich history.
