Cinderpelt sniffed at a leaf Leafkit had brought to show her. She could sense the happiness coming off the small, light brown tabby she-cat in large waves. " Hmm. . . This smells like. . Comfrey leaves, but, sadly, the leaves aren't very important Leafkit. What you want to be looking for is there stems," she purred, happy with the kit's curiosity of all the herbs and berries. Leafkit's eyes widened, trying to memorize what the dark grey she-cat had just told her. Even if she could never be a warrior- due to her crippled leg from when she got ran over by a monster (car) -Cinderpelt was the best medicine cat in history to her. "Yes Cinderpelt, I'll remember next time I see one. I promise!"Leafkit mewed quietly, her mind buzzing. Cinderpelt flicked her tail toward the door to the Medicine den, signaling for the small kit to leave. As soon as Leafkit realized what she meant the kit scampered out of the den. Cinderpelt watched her leave before returning to sorting her herbs. A while after-
