    Cordelia Rigby, better known by the residents
    of Star City as the hero Rise, has lost a lot of
    people in her lifetime. She lost her older brother
    at the hands of her parents, she lost her 
    girlfriend to a freak accident, she lost her best 
    friend to his own grief. She refused to lose 
    anyone else. So Cori ran. She ran as far away 
    from Star City and the names of Rise, Black 
    Canary, Green Arrow, Batman, Nightwing, and 
    Robin as she could.
