Shirley decides to break from solving mysteries, so she goes to Hawaii for a vacation. While in Hawaii, she finds her past foes working at a circus. But it becomes a mystery to her when she finds out they don't remember who she is or that they used to be villains and not circus performers. Shirley becomes concerned about them, so she decides to investigate why her past foes don't remember her and find out who the mystery man named "Electric Starfish" is because she thinks he's responsible for it.
