**I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THESE CHARACTERS** Welcome to a new story :) "Bucky's Girl" is set during the first Captain America movie introducing a new character (an OC of mine) who is best friends with Bucky and Steve. When she was around 16 years old she started to fall in love with Bucky, but never told him due to his interest in other women, but he secretly loved her too. When the news that Bucky had been drafted into the army at 23 years old and Steve was attempting to enlist reached her, she was devastated. She couldn't loose the love of her life and best friends to the war, but she kept quiet. Now we join her and follow her story. However, after he drops Bucky off in Wakanda where he'll be safe, Steve feels more alone than ever. Natasha Romanoff is on her own. Bruce Banner is still missing, Thor is off who-knows-where doing who-knows-what, and the Avengers are scattered. Nevertheless, she's perfectly okay with being alone. She always has been. Knowing that Steve is alone, however? It worries her. And when HYDRA is involved, being alone may not be an option. --------------------------------------------------------------------- This fanfiction takes place after Civil War and before Infinity War. I am WELL aware that Avengers Endgame is probably going to invalidate every word that I write here, but whatever. I just wanted to write this. She was an innocent woman when they took her. He was her only friend when they had her. She didn't understand why they took her. Now she is free and wants revenge. She wants to free him and kill those who have done harm to her and him. She wants to prove to them that she could save the world. Who can help her? Only the Avengers and apparently, her brother. Elizabeth Marie Rogers is the sister of Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America. She was taken by Hydra right after Steve went in the ice. She doesn't remember any of this. Now that she is free, her memory starts to return. She remembers Steve, being taken by Hydra, she even remembers the love of her life and his funeral. She realizes that the Winter Soldier is Bucky, the love of her life. She has to save him, I mean she does owe him her life. She turns to the last people she wants to, the Avengers. The Avengers don't know if they should help her, since they just finished Ultron and since she is a highly-trained, world-known, Grade A assassian. Steve begs them to help. They agree but don't trust her. They save Bucky and see who he was and who she was. They then ask them to join the Avengers. Bucky declines the offer, wanting to live a normal life, but Elizabeth doesn't know if she should join her her brother, fighting evil with her unnatural powers, or stay with Bucky, living a sort of normal life. Who will she choose? She loves them both and doesn't want to leave them. She can't decide, but with this Civil War, she won't have to.
