Twenty one-year old Dianne's life was quite ordinary: with a middle class family, her best friend Ems and Mike, who secretly liked her. However, after college, she felt lonely as ever. With Ems migrating for work, Mike engrossed with game development,and no brothers or sisters to talk to, she is often left alone with her grandma, who is unfortunately dead. Dianne's recurring dream of her as she steps closer and closer to a tragic death didn't help at all. Dianne's gift of visions of the past never had any productive use, until now. With the only call center that responded to her applications, was Spirit Center. Will she accept it?
Finally, she had a place to make something out of herself. Little did she know that she was hired for a purpose, for her gift that made her no ordinary agent. Spirit Center after all, is a call center for the dead.
