I run out of the basement and to the room they keep my children in.
I enter the room and see 2 guards in the room. They all point their gun towards me, and I quickly shoot them as I run towards my children.
"Are you guys alright?" I ask, checking both of them for any visible bruises. They nod, and I hug them, giving both of them a kiss on the cheek.
"Listen. I'm going to get you guys out of here, but we have to make some rules. Do not talk to anyone. Do not approach anyone. Do not go anywhere as long as I'm not there. I'm going to get you guys outside, and you are going to wait for me until I come out with a bag, okay?"
I explain as they nod. "Are we going to die, mommy?" My oldest one asks, looking scared. I sigh.
"No were not. Now let's go."
