" You're not leaving!" He yells. Forcefully grabbing my arm trying to drag me back inside the dry house. I drag my feet against the floor and claw at his arm with my free hand.   

" Yes I am. Let me go!" I shriek, hoping someone would hear me. He's relentless and doesn't give up. " I want to go home!" He stops short and pierces me with a stare of fiery rage.  

" This is your home," he growls and moves closely where there is only a shared breath between us."Ella is your home, Keith is your home, the girls are your home, I AM your home. And you just want to leave because I hurt your feelings!" 

" It's not about my feelings you prick. I gave up my life to help you! A person I had no idea was when your dropped that little girl at my doorstep, okay? I don't get to graduate with my class because I dropped out, I don't get to go to college because I'm here playing dress up!" I rant and then angrily move closer to his face. " Not to mention the fact that you fucked my best friend, twice." 

He laughs darkly. "Maybe you're just jealous because she wasn't you, god she was the best I've ever had-" I cut him short as my hand comes across his face, then again, and again. Tears rolling down my face. 

" I want the first plane out of here!" 

" So you're just going to leave? You're going to leave her" 

" Like you said, I'll never be anything to her. Now book my flight." And I move past him to go and pack my bags
