What lies beneath where lotus flowers bloom is perhaps what those with scars so ardently wish to conceal. Park Jimin, son of one of Seoul's most prolific chaebols, finds solace each night against the sheets of those that he can't quite name. It provides him release when little else does, a purpose when all that houses him remains fragile- made of little more than crimson shards of glass dealt by the hands of those with far too much power within their grasp. Yet one night- perhaps a drunken mistake- he finds himself entangled between cotton sheets with perhaps the most feared mafia boss, Min Yoongi. What follows is what neither could quite predict in what falls as lies and concealed desires. But as their lives find themselves so intrinsically entwined, what blooms between them is perhaps more than either could ever wish for- a sanctuary unlike any other, one tainted with the barrel of a gun and the fragile promise of security.
