'Every Deviant has their declaration, and this is mine.
In my family, it's a strict rule that things are better left unspoken or unexplored. And, there was nothing left more unexplored than that of my parentage, more specifically, my father's side. It was bad enough that I was the bastard child of a whore -- something my uncle makes sure to remind me of every chance he gets. And my grandparents, they like to pretend that it's a sickness to be treated, corrected, or fixed... Much like everything else they don't find 'favorable' about me.
But, it isn't as simple as that.
I have my father's blood. My father, the Incubus. And I won't -- can't deny the blood that's coursing through my veins. It calls to me, drives me, and I want to understand it. And, who better to learn from than the Deviants of Ardor themselves? The, DoA Syndicate that keeps all of Idyll prosperous while taking care of their own; those of the fairer blood.
Through them, I know that I'll find security, and the answers to any and all of my questions. And, maybe even my father along the way.
I will seize this opportunity, I will learn, grow, and I'll show my family just how useful a 'whore's education' can truly be.'
