Memories are meant to be the most valuable asset anyone would ever possess. Memories can be of both good and bad. Some filled with happiness and great fullness to God that you have this special one or moment in your life and some other may be of dark and deep losses and sacrifice. In short memories makes us complete, connected, continuous or even alive. But have you ever thought of a day when you wakeup with zero memories. Just a nap took away all your knowledge of your loved ones, your life or even your name. Can you even imagine a day forgetting all good as well as bad happened to you for a lifetime.

Throughout life, everyone saves something up. Mostly it is money or some little things like stamps and coins, but we all unconsciously collect emotions and memories our entire lives because we are human beings, and the mental world is more important to us than the physical one. However, this book is not going to be about our savings but our life-long losses. This is a book of lost things. It is partly autobiographical, but most of it is generalising. Because of the topic, it may seem depressive. Partially it is. Again, we are talking about losses.
