Zhang Hao is a half Chinese half Korean psychiatrist, transferred to the mental asylum on a lone nameless island southeast of the Korean Peninsula. Initially working at one of the most well known psychiatric wards in Seoul, he requested for a transfer after a tragic incident that takes place in his old workplace. But at his new workplace, he meets new people (his colleagues), who help him forget of the tragic incident that took place just weeks ago.

He also meets his new favorite person, not knowing how much of an important entity they will become in each others' lives.
