"I love you," I heard Johan say as I turned to look at him, feeling a little confused.

"What?" I asked, trying to make sense of the situation.

Johan walked closer to me and took my face in his hand. "I love you," he repeated, his eyes locking onto mine with a fierce intensity.

"But...you're...you're a priest," I stuttered out, feeling a little overwhelmed by the moment.

"Does it really matter?" Johan asked, his voice gentle but firm. "I am exhausted of pretending. I can't do this anymore. I...I can't keep denying my feelings for you, (Y/N)."

I felt my heart racing in my chest as Johan's words sank in. He was confessing his love for me, and I didn't know what to do. But before I could say anything, Johan's lips were on mine, his kiss soft and gentle.
