What happens when Jongwoo accidentally finds a liking to a certain ghost at a residence that he's bought?

He reads the numbers on the doors opening them as he goes down the hall and stops at 304 trying to open it but it seems locked, he stares at the door confused and walks back to the office and goes through the keys and finds the 304 room key- He walks out and heads towards room 304 and starts unlocking it.

"Don't you know when something is locked that means not to go inside?" Moonjo glares at the young boy as he goes into his room.

Yet Jongwoo can't hear him but feels a cold breeze brush up against his arms and neck- He tries rubbing them to get rid of the bumps on his skin.
