In a distant future, humanity has two lunar colonies: y and uCity. While the Blues of yCity enjoy sunshine and nanotech, the Reds of uCity bear the gloom to mine the core of the moon for vital ores.


But when a Green street artist named Clay "Dizzy" Tomson surfaces with a custom yPhone, pasting incendiary graffiti on the city's sleek surfaces, he sets off a chain reaction that threatens to expose corruption and incite rebellion.
