A Midnight's Solace

Janarah Veromilla is an overachiever type of student. Not because she has a passion for studying but because she believed it was the only way to keep her a spot in her patriarchal family. As much as she despise the family she was born into, she ceaselessly tried to become someone whom they won't ever miss in a conversation. She's a tremendous perfectionist who aspire solely for the greatness and never allowed room for errors. But even so, it won't alter the fact that she is a woman, a failed product of her male-dominated household.

Amidst the constant pressure she put herself on to, she helplessly seeks for a fleeting moment where she could forget everything about her godforsaken life. Thus once upon a midnight dreary, she found herself ensnared in the solace brought by the man named Paul Gavien Mendoza. Their single transient contact led to endless encounters which genuinely stirred up a range of emotions in her.

However, she knew a taste of euphoria is poisonous to her being.

For once, the huge perfectionist woman such as herself stumbled upon a wall she couldn't break into. She's well aware of how these midnights would destroy her years of drudgery inside her sickly house. She'll lose her status if she continue but otherwise, she will lose the spur of life their situation has given to her.
