How long had it been? Perhaps five to six years? Maybe since middle school? He couldn't remember clearly, since he'd fallen for the younger before he could've comprehended it. Usually, in these situations, there's always a happy ending where the main character's unrequited feelings are magically reciprocated by the one they love after they confess. But Beomgyu was no main character. He wouldn't dare being the main character even in his dreams, and there was no universe where he would be, because the main character's feelings are eventually reciprocated, while Beomgyu's stay unrequited.

He was fine with living with the feelings he had for his best friend. Because, well, it was fine as long as he could bear it, right? He thought he was doing a pretty good job coping, until....
