this is a story I wrote a while back based on what goes on in an abused child's home, the dollhouse as Melanie calls it. It's not cut into chapters, but does have stopping points. It's very emotional and depressing. Serious trigger warnings. So please, be careful. Take care of yourself + stay alive. :) + + + Dedicated to all of my friends from Manchester. Only you! is a finished draft about a young girl searching for the one to start a family with. It's about a young girl living her life independently as she goes to school, and works in her free time juggling friends, family, school, and work. Barely... The truth is this young girl is closer to breaking down than you would otherwise think when you look at her.
