This is just a collection of various short stories I've written for college assignments (usually for my humanities class).
The common factor in all of these stories is that I was supposed to write from the perspective of anybody BUT the protagonist.
Additionally, to fully understand each of these stories, you might need to refer to the source material they were derived from. These were originally class assignments, so you might not have the prior knowledge my classmates and I did before working on them.
Please understand that a lot of the content in this may seem old-fashioned. That's because it is. I was supposed to write from these characters' perspectives, so I've tried to emulate what I believed their minds might look like based on cultural context. I will try to leave the region and time period of the story's setting in an author's note at the top of each chapter, but if you get confused or if I missed something, just let me know (politely, of course).
Chapters will be labeled in the following format:
"Short Story Title - Source Material Title"
I have no reason to post this other than I just want to put it somewhere that's easy to come back to (my mom asks me to read my stories to her all the time).

Ughhhh my ch phase just had to end fuck my life bro Enjoy this archived story lol --- America felt like he was going to pop. Friday, a fortnight till prom is when he'll confess to him, and they'll go to prom together and have fun. Unless he rejects America, then he'll just go with his best friend and his best friend's boyfriend. His best friend, Poland...He had some odd taste. America wasn't sure what it was about his boyfriend, but he gave him such a strange feeling. Then again, America wasn't going to bring it up, because the two were together after years of Poland crushing on him. America is downright scared to be around Russia, how is he supposed to ask him out? He can't run away, Poland would either kill him or force him to ask Russia out. All America is trying to do at this point is gain courage and not lose his sanity. Maybe it'll be spite that kills him instead. The cover is temporary TW's for mild violence, threats of violence, light descriptions of blood and being bruised, cursing, brief use of slurs. Tags will be updated as the story goes on. Beware my creativity with this set of quick reads being made for my English class. These are my first stories ever (writing one so it could be read is making me nervous) so no hate pls and constructive criticism only. If you fancy garbage, this isn't for you; that's how bad this is. Some might be weird and seem drawn out or pulled out of my ass so "bare" with me...
