Fallon J. Hanley was forced to come along with Leon Kennedy on the rescue mission to rescue "Baby Eagle".  Her sole purpose is to provide medical care and attention to Leon and Baby Eagle. 

As the two slowly start to bond over each experience they face, Fallon can slowly feel herself start caring.. was she actually falling for this guy?
