However, only two people could go in so Rimuru lets Shizue and his daughter go to new timelines where can live happily. However, it seems both mother and daughter landed in a timeline where Rimuru evolved into a demon lord trying to resurrect the dead of the monsters. Join both mother and daughter to enjoy their second chance but the one they call husband/Papa has become a demon lord in their new lives. Rimuru has a second chance with Shizue that he couldn't save in his timeline. Join them if they change the future and live peacefully and what new adventures await them. Ok, there are some fanfics out there where Rimuru saves Shizue and sends her daughter to a new timeline but, What if Shizue comes along with her and lands in Rimuru's evolution into a demon lord what happens then?

In this fanfic Rimuru did not survive in the tensura war and was reincarnated as a half angel princess and half demon and falls in love with a surten blond hare prince and have a big adventure Togerther. What challenges will they face. This story is based on the anime not the manga. It will take mostly place based on the anime's story but will not have the same plot structure. Rimuru was taking a break after the entire orc invasion incident and decided to take a stroll through the forest. While walking along he runs into a monster that was run out of their home by the orcs and lost their entire family to the attack. With nowhere to call home and no family to go back to, Rimuru accepts the monster into the new and growing town as his adopted daughter. The story will follow the main story beats of the light novel, but events will be changed due to a close bond forming between Rimuru and the new monster. The bond will be explored along with the world around the two of them, giving more depth to the characters and allowing them to move outside of the main story's narrative. This is my first time writing something like this so I apologies if there are any glaring issues you may notice. With that said if you see something that could use improving, I invite you to drop a comment and let me know about it so the story can be improved for everyone. The Mature rating is mostly just to cover my bases as I don't know where things will go as the story progresses. This story depicts an alternate timeline wherein Velzard attends Walpurgis after sensing Veldora's presence. She subsequently meets our protagonist and becomes interested in him after his display at the meeting. After thinking for a bit, she decides to move to Tempest and becomes a close ally of Rimuru. Rimuru and Velzard will sometimes be out of character since it's unavoidable. Our protagonist will be more rational and have an actual spine, while Velzard will not be as cold and ruthless as her canon counterpart. Besides, Velzard lacks substantial characterization, so I decided to write my own interpretation of her personality based on the original light novel. I recommend at least having seen the second season of the anime, since my story picks up from there. This fanfic will follow the main story beats of the original light novel, so some arcs will be glossed over with minor changes. I'm somewhat OC, so expect a lot of chapter edits or updates, as I tend to reread chapters and catch minor mistakes here and there. (Note that this is Book 1 for the full story.)
